We have built the STEEL CONSORTIUM SA with our ability to cooperate. We started 20 years ago, selling building materials and steel. Ten years ago, three companies trading with metallurgical products - Stalko, Stalhurt and Budo - fused on the market, creating one large body – Steel Consortium. Last December, we had our successful debut on The Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Our cooperation abilities were appreciated by the shareholders of Bodeko, one of the steel market leaders. The owners of Steel Consortium and Bodeko decided last year to combine both companies in order to offer our customers more than ever. Steel Consortium and Bodeko has been closely cooperating for a year. We are not only a large stock player but also one of the largest distributors and processing plant owners in Poland. We are sure that the fusion of experience and skills of Bodeko and Steel Consortium workers brings a success not only to our stakeholders but also to our customers.

Because of continuous investments, we soon hope to be the largest steel distributor in Poland. We have ten trading branch offices: in Warsaw (three), Cracow, Lublin, Zawiercie, Poznan, Bialystok, Sepolno Krajenskie and Wroclaw. We also have three building reinforcement production plants at our disposal (two in Warsaw and one in Poznan), as well as a steel structure production plant in Warsaw Rembertow. This year, we are going to open one more trading branch office and one reinforcement production plant in Wroclaw, as well as a trading branch office in Gdansk. Next year, we are going to open reinforcement production plants in Gdansk and Lublin. We are also going to build new storage halls in Cracow.
